(my secret recipe is below!)

LIME-OPOLITAN
Cosmo sugar rimmer—available at Love of Chocolate in Carytown or other specialty shops
1 small wedge of lime
2 oz citron vodka
1 oz orange flavored liqueur such as Cointreau or Citronge
2 oz limeade
1 oz cranberry juice
Prepare your martini glass by wetting the rim with a small wedge of lime; dip the rim in the cosmo sugar. The sugar should stick nicely to the rim.
Mix the ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.
Shake vigorously and pour.
Figs & Gorgonzola
Fresh figs, sliced about 1/8 thick
Add a small piece of gorgonzola to the top and secure with a toothpick
